This notice explains how we process personal data when you browse our website, request a quote, subscribe to updates, or contract charter services. Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), personal data processed in Turkey must be handled lawfully and proportionately. Where Petra Noir processes data in Turkey, we act as data controller unless a separate agreement designates us as processor.
